Terms of Service

The agreement between you and AuditIQ.

Last updated: July 26, 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of AuditIQ, a quality-management-system (QMS) self-assessment tool operated by Suniq (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

AuditIQ is an online tool that lets you self-assess your team’s operational maturity against IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 criteria. It provides assessment questions, audit guidance, automatic grading, reports, and export features. AuditIQ is an informational and educational aid only. It is not a certification body, does not perform official audits, and its output does not replace a third-party certification audit or professional consulting.

2. Accounts

3. Plans, billing, and the seller of record

AuditIQ offers a free trial with limited items and paid plans (one-time and annual) that unlock the full assessment and features. Prices are shown on the site and may change; changes do not affect purchases already made.

Our payment processor, Paddle, is the Merchant of Record for all purchases. This means Paddle sells the subscription to you, handles payment, invoicing, and applicable taxes (such as VAT/GST), and their terms and privacy policy also apply to the transaction. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. Intellectual property

The AuditIQ software, interface, and the wording of its 184 assessment items, audit guides, and reports are owned by Suniq and protected by intellectual-property laws. Referenced standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) are the property of their respective owners; AuditIQ is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by those bodies. Content you enter (findings, evidence, notes) remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process and store it to provide the service.

6. AI-generated content

Some reports can include commentary and improvement ideas generated by a third-party AI model. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed by a qualified person before you rely on it. You are responsible for how you use it.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Planned and unplanned downtime may occur.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made based on the tool’s output. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change and material updates will be posted here. Questions: support@auditiqhq.com.
